How do I completely remove the App Store and prevent updates on iPhone?
im trying to remove the app store and i have it set to (dont allow) updates and the app store os still there and i can still update

As already mentioned, you can't remove the App Store. However you can turn off automatic updates, and ignore the update requests that are in the App Store.
Usually these updates fix bugs. Not sure why you would not want that. However if you don't update the IOS the apps should continue to run on your device. If you do update the iOS, expect some apps not to run without being updated.
