If I set Sunday as the first day of the week, when report notification comes at 9:00 AM, it only has the current day report. Logically the report should be of whole week. Same if I set Monday as the first day of the week.
Can anyone tell if I am missing something?

If you reset your device to factory defaults, all Screen Time data—including usage history and app limits—will be erased. Similarly, if you disable Screen Time and then re-enable it, the usage statistics will reset to zero, as Screen Time does not retain past data once it's turned off. However, if Screen Time is linked to a Family Sharing account, parents may still see some historical data before it was disabled.
