Why is Screen Time prompting for Family Sharing on a non-child device?

iOS 18.1.1 (iPhone 12 Max Pro).

Settings > Screen Time > The top of the screen reads “[Insert Screen Time hourglass logo] Get insights about your screen time and set limits as needed. Adults can also set parental controls for a child's device. // You can also get insights about your personal screen time and set limits as needed.”

What’s the deal with this? How can I get rid of this prompt, and replace it with Screen Time totals? I’m not understanding the mention of “child’s device” and “parental controls” noting that my device is not apart of a family, nor was the it set up as a Child’s device. Thank you!
