when calling my partners mobile the display shows “no caller ID”. We’ve done all the troubleshooting available but still this hasn’t rectified the issue. Both our phone are set up to show ID, not blocked or anything …. Any assistance would be appreciated 🙏🤞

It's likely a problem with the cell carrier. If so, you will need to contact them for support.
You may want to see if there is a Carrier update available: Manually update your carrier settings on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
Also make sure that you are not using the Wi-Fi calling feature when testing caller ID issues.
If your partner sees No caller ID when you call that means that your carrier is not sending caller ID. Contact your carrier’s tech support.

its weird because my name etc shows up when calling other contacts and the number is shown when calling a number “not” in my contacts🤔🤪
Hiya there doesn’t appear to be any option to update carrier version nor is it obvious if version is latest etc🤔
