Apple account verification required when paying

Whenever i want to pay, this shows up. And when I press on “Enter password” it just wont work. I keep pressing but nothing happens

Everytime I try to download something it keep asking me the verification question, but I don't have a payment method set in on my account. I'm trying to download an app. Then, a verification thing pops up and I put my password in and it doesn't work. I also don't have a payment method information in my apple store account.

Why when I try to download it keep asking for verification I go to Apple Store and try to download an app and a window pops up saying verification required in bold letters then it goes on to say sing in using your Apple ID and view billing information I go sing in and verify that the information is correct and go back to download and the same window pops up again

How do I resolve 'verification failed' when signing in to my Apple Account? I can't sign in my apple id always saying "verification failed" "this action could not be completed. Please try again." What would I do? Need help. [Re-Titled by Moderator]
