Email app not working after 18.3.1

The email app on my iphone 13 pro quit receiving emails after 18.3.1 update. I have deleted the account and then re-entered. It's a Centurylink account. It will receive junk mail and I can send emails, but just doesn't receive new mail. Any thoughts ?

Steamboots, Centurylink is my ISP too. Have not been able to use the Apple Mail app since updating to IOS18. I’m using the Centurylink webmail feature. I am able to send emails from the Mail app, but I can’t receive them.
