Feedback on the Battery Replacement Service for Apple Watch S4

But a few days later, I received a notice that the replacement could not be carried out because the product was obsolete.
There are many unreasonable aspects in this process. Since it is an obsolete product, why is my watch model still shown as an option on the official website? This undoubtedly misled me, causing me to spend time going to the store, only to end up with nothing. As a large - scale enterprise, Apple should have a clear understanding of the inventory of accessories. It should have informed me that the replacement was not possible when I made the selection, instead of wasting my time and cost.
In addition, my communication with Apple customer service has also left me very dissatisfied. The customer service staff either said that they could not solve the problem or were ambiguous about whether they could represent Apple to give a final reply. They did not provide any substantive solutions at all.
I hope Apple can attach importance to my problem. I strongly hope to participate in the battery replacement service. If the battery replacement for S4 is not available, it is a reasonable solution to replace it with an S5 or S6 watch. At the same time, I also hope that Apple can update the official website information in a timely manner to avoid misleading more consumers and improve the quality of customer service.
