i was trying to transfer 100 dollars from apple cash into my discover account on the 14th of February but for some reason it still hasnt gotten to the account but it has gotten taken out of the apple cash account

Sure. Depending on your bank it can take 1-3 business days to process. Feb 15-16 is the weekend and the 17th is a holiday. You could see your cash post by the 20th.
Did you do an instant transfer that has a 1.5% fee or did you choose the 1 to 3 business day transfer using the ACH Federal Reserve network?
