Icloud email didnt receive shopee otp

Icloud email didn't receieve Shopee OTP

Ask : I use commerce Shopee, for security I use two autentification for sending OTP, First, usinh phone number and second using email (icloud). my problem is why OTP using email from shopee did not show in my icloud or my mailbox icloud didn't recieve shopee OTP? where is the problem
