How to get a refund for a non-redownloadable song removed from iTunes even though its past the refund window?

These two anime songs aren't on itunes anymore due to one of the voice actors of the characters singing this song being arrested for crimes (he got recast and the old versions of the songs got deleted off of iTunes). However unlike other songs I purchased on iTunes that got removed since, I could redownload them. For these two songs, I cannot redownload it - when it's deleted, it's truly deleted.

The thing is, I spent my money to buy this. Now I can't even redownload the thing. I know it's past the deadline to ask for a refund, but I want my money back anyways. How do I get it back?
