iPhone 13 (Refurbished from Amazon) Losing Cellular Service - Software Issue with iOS 18?

Hi everyone,

I’m experiencing a frustrating issue with my iPhone 13, which I purchased refurbished from Amazon. Initially, the phone had full cellular service and everything worked perfectly. However, after about a month, my cellular service completely stopped working, Wi-Fi connectivity remains unaffected.

Interestingly, my iPhone displays a "cellular issue" message, yet when I took it to an Apple-certified technician for a checkup, they confirmed that there’s no hardware fault. According to them, the problem seems to be related to a software glitch in iOS 18.

Has anyone else encountered similar issues on a refurbished iPhone 13?

"cellular issue" would be an issue with your cellular data provider.

Report the issue to them.
