Can't get rid of Software Update notifications?
I have turned off everything I can find but still get a daily reminder about Software Updates.
How can I get rid of them?

Update your software.

+1 A reasonable assumption.

You are not the first to complain, with no resolve...
you can file a bug report / submit your Apple Feedback here: Product Feedback - Apple
I like to manually manage updates on my own time as well, however I do allow the security background updates:
The current stable release of Sequoia including bug fixes, security updates is macOS 15.3.1

I'm normally not in favour of applying software updates until necessary. My primary computer still runs Ventura - an out-of-date version of Ventura, no less.
But my testing rig runs Sequoia. And since it's strictly for testing, there's no reason not to have it at the latest version. You are also running Sequoia.
Furthermore, it looks like you've already downloaded the latest update and the operating system is pestering you to install it.
You are probably assuming correctly though I did not consciously download it . . . maybe I accidentally hit something whilst frantically attempting to get rid of the initial notification.
Regardless of that I have been pestered ever since updating to Sequoia.
Looks like I might have to bite the bullet with this particular one.
Personally I've never seen a Software Update Notification. Probably because I update as soon as one is available.
So what have you got against updates? The latest one, 15.3 fixed some 30 possible security issues. 15.3.1 fixed another one.

Thanks everyone.
I don't auto update as that's a recipe for downloading new bugs.
If Apple offered £1,000 no-quibble compensation for any trouble caused by auto updates I might consider it.

I guess you must be smarter than the rest of us. 🤔
Yup!
I updated to 15.3.1 and so far have not been pestered but that could be because there is nothing more to update.
Time will tell.
Mind you my mini has burst into flames!
