"Coreduetd" process is crippling my 2019 MacBook Pro

It doesn't matter if I force-quit. It comes back, and I usually know because the fan starts running and my battery drains. I can't leave it unplugged even in sleep mode, because this process kicks back on and sucks the system dry. I've searched and searched and come up with no information about what this process actually does, and the only "fix" I could find was a YT vid from years ago saying I should just put the file in the trash, and some threads from 2015. Anything newer than that on solutions to this issue? Thanks!

That process is an integral part of your Mac communicating with other devices, such as through Handoff or other syncing between devices. Try booting your Mac into Safe Mode, then restart normally. If it is something within the OS itself causing the issues, that might clean it up.

Also, if you haven't done so already, make sure your Mac is up to date with the current version of macOS. If it's still running macOS 15.1 as your profile indicates, there have been a number of bug fixes and security updates since that version.
