Cant Log any mobile number in Viber

It seems that i cant log in any mobile number with my Iphone 16 Pro Max,

the last time i was logged in was Viber already tag me as a spammer, little did i know i cant send any more messages to my contacts and was using Viber for company and client stuffs.

i tried to reinstall my viber to my phone and when i was about to log my number, the Viber app kept saying that theres a problem with my access and the app keeps block any mobile number from loggin in, which i tried to log to an android phone and it seems working pretty well. I think the apple has some issues with viber because i also emailed viber and kept getting the same response with my issue and being resolved.
