I have got a new iPhone and watch.

i have unpaired both from new phone.

i am trying to reset the watch but it keeps telling me to unpair it first which I’ve done.

how can i get rid of the passcode on watch please?

Unpairing the old watch from your old iPhone will remove the Activation Lock.

This can also be done online on the web.
