Forgot 4 digit installing apps code

Went to settings>screen time>Itunes & apps purchases>installing apps>Don't allow>Allow.

This then requires a 4 digit code. Forgot the 4 digit code. How to reset before 10 failed passcode attempts?

iPhone 15, iOS 18

I don't believe that the Screentime passcode has a 10-try lockout.
