You must cancel the subscription first, and then contact Apple Support to request a refund for it.

click here ➜ If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support

then here ➜ Contact Apple Support for a refund for a cancelled subscription

Remember, refunds are not guaranteed, they are at the sole discretion of Apple, and they are under no obligation

to grant them.

Managing auto-renewing subscriptions -

If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support

You might need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button.

Scroll further down the link for instructions for non-Apple devices.

Things about subscriptions;

⁃ Deleting an app does not cancel the subscription.

⁃ A trial subscription must be canceled more than 24 hours before the renewal date or it may renew.

⁃ If you have used a free trial subscription previously for an app, you will usually be charged immediately for a paid subscription if you download the free trial again.

⁃ Many subscriptions are set to renew automatically until you cancel them.

⁃ If you see multiple subscription offers, as long as you don’t select one, the subscription shouldn’t renew.

⁃ If you don’t see Cancel Subscription, the subscription is canceled and won't renew.

⁃ An expiration date means the current subscription has been canceled but is available to use until that date.

⁃ Use Resubscribe/Renew if you change your mind about canceling the subscription.

Precisely for that reason. If you have consistently asked for refunds, then Apple is more likely every time to deny them.

You can't expect Apple to always refund you, that's not how it works. If you made an honest mistake once or twice, then yes, they would probably refund you, but if this keeps happening, then its stops being an honest mistake. Apple can and will deny refunds if they keep happening over and over again.

Purchases don't happen by mistake that often since they require several steps and confirmations.

Sorry, but you probably exhausted the amount of times Apple is willing to refund you.

Correct. You can't continue to "accidentally" make purchases and expect a refund every time. Purchases require you to double click the side button with the amount showing on the screen and free trials must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial period ends. Apparently Apple has previously given you a compassionate refund, yet you are continuing to make purchases.

Restoring purchases is how you retrieve an in-app purchase that you made and is not showing on your device or if you need to download it to a new device, it has nothing to do with a refund.

At some point you need to take responsibility for your purchases. They are made by double clicking the side button with the amount showing on the screen, followed by authorization with FaceID/Passcode. It is not something that is done by accident. If you signed up for a free trial, you are responsible for cancelling at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

Apparently, they have already given you a compassionate refund in the past, yet these "mistakes" are still happening.
