How do I stop random haptic feedback on iPhone 16?

My sister’s iPhone 16 has gone crazy with the haptic feedback. It keeps vibrating for no reason with the exact same vibration as when Face ID doesn’t recognize you, but it happens randomly and nonstop. I’ve noticed it only stops when the phone isn’t being used. I’ve already tried multiple restarts and resets, I’ve also disabled several haptic feedback options in the settings, but nothing changes. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

There are places where you have to set Haptics to None.

  1. Settings > Accessibility > Touch > Vibration [Enable]
  2. General Sound & Haptics (See the Pic below)
  3. Alarm (See the pic below)
  4. Phone Ring Tone (See the pic below)
  5. For emails
    1. You will have to set it independently for every mail account (Watch the GIF below: This is an old one but the concept remains the same)
    2. Note: The default is No Vibration.
  6. For Email Haptics see the steps below on iOS 18
  7. Overall Sounds & Haptics
  8. Customise for Individual Accounts and Sub-categories

Thanks for your kind reply! The problem is that no notifications are coming in, no alarms are going off, and no calls are coming through, so I don’t think the haptic feedback could be caused by any of those. Could it be that some third-party app is triggering these haptic feedback inputs? If you have any other ideas about what might be causing this, please let me know. Thanks again for your quick and kind response, see you soon!
