Mac USB stops working randomally after update to Sequoia

I have found that my Mac USB keyboard will randomly stop working after update to Sequoia. It has done this with all versions of Sequoia since it's initial release. This has been with my keyboard plugged into either standard USB ports on the backside of my Mac Studio M1. I have a USB mouse plugged into the keyboard and have note the red laser on the mouse also goes out when this happens. It does not matter which mouse I have tested with so I assume the USB on the Mac Studio is failing or at least dropping it's connection to both devices.

I have found that if I unplug it momentary that is will resolve the issue. I have tested using 3 different Apple Wired Keyboard MB110LL/A. I have tried Disk Repair and CleanMyMac and nothing seems to resolve the issue. I even when so far as to re-image the MacStudio from scratch and not the migration assistant or restore from TimeMachine.

Has anyone else see this.

Mac Studio, macOS 15.3

Thanks much. Since I have installed or used any new software since initially upgrading to Sequoia, I know this is either a bug within the Sequoia OS.

if there is a corrupt plist I would try toggle some changes here and compare your results, then come back to your preferred settings:

A SafeBoot Start up your Mac in safe mode - Apple Support will sort many anomalies

Does a quick disk repair before it fully boots up, and certain system caches get cleared and rebuilt, third party system modifications and system accelerations are disabled temporarily.

you can Login and test. Reboot  as normal and test.  Caches get rebuilt automatically.

well what I can say is your CleanMyMac is certainly know to cause issue...I would start there:

Uninstall all third party apps that are Cleaners/Optimizers/VPN/Anti-Virus

all known to cause issues on the macOS
