How do I stop iPhone 12 charging at 80% with iOS 18.3.1?
My iPhone 12 has the latest version 18.3.1. Is there a way to stop the charging process at 80%?

Not unless you watch the process and manually stop charging at 80%
You would need an iPhone 15 or iPhone 16 to setup Charge Limits with options to stop at 75%, 80%, 85% 90%, etc.
But.....users do not realize that the battery will still charge to 100% occasionally, even if Charge Limits are set lower. In my case, "occasionally" was 3-4 times a month. Kind of defeats the purpose of Charge Limits, so I now ignore the Charge Limits and charge the phone to 100% overnight, every night.
