I have a few photo albums that are showing on the photos app on my ipad, iphone and Macbook but are not showing on icloud.com (tried Firefox, Edge and Safari).
In the online viewer, some albums show empty, on others the number of photos is correct but they are all shown as gray squares.
The pictures are in the cloud (I can see all of them in the Library).
Any ideas here?
Are you perhaps subscribing to the Shared iCloud Photos Library? At iCloud.com the albums are not yet supported for the Shared Library view and Both Libraries view. You can view the photos in the Shared library only in the albums, when you browse them in the Photos.app on a Mac, iPad, or iPhone.
I know that albums, folders, and pictures sync separately. I've looked at iCloud and seen pictures without albums or albums without pictures, and then later they get together appropriately, even as much as a day later, depending on how I'm using my computer. Be sure to plug devices in and leave them alone!
