Hello Hulkknovich!

In order to verify your Apple Account, you'll need to go into the settings app and sign in again.

If you're struggling to enter your password or email, you may find it helpful to enter the text on your iPhone: Enter text on Apple Watch - Apple Support (see the last part of this article)

Which Apple Watch do you use?

Did you try to type the Apple Account password on the keyboard on your iPhone?

Make sure that on your iPhone in Settings/Notifications/Apple Watch keyboard is enabled.

Then bring your iPhone near the Apple Watch. When the watch asks for the Apple Account password, you should get a message on your iPhone, asking, if you want to use the iOS keyboard to type the password and send it to the Apple Watch.
