What can I do if Apple made the wrong decision concerning an app cancalation?

Apple is Charging me foe TWO Applications. The first is Devinci Resolve for iPad!! I had to go to The Apple Store not once but TWICE I had to have my iPad set back to New! Wiped Clean!!! Then. I couldn’t download all the music I purchased from Apple without a 3rd of the tracks, in PACC Formate. I was instructed by a senior adviser. To Download Match. Another “purchase at 24.99 To be able to make the Files Acc or .WAV “ALSO” Loseless format of Audio file..But wait!!!! There IS MORE!!!!! The Senior Adviser also said that once my “PURCHASED” tracks in .WAV format. I would just cancel my subscription would be refund. NOPE Apples final decision!!! Im DONE!!!! ALL Of my professional DJs And producers are extremely ticked off as well!! Ive purchased 35,842 tracks from iTunes. They all re downloaded to my new Mac Studio fine. but a 3rd are/were ACC instead of ,WAV.Anyone know a person at Apple I can email!? Before I gather the masses to file!?
