My iPad 10th Gen is stuck on support screen (safe mode). How do I hard reset? I've already been on the phone for hours doing what I have already done on my own several time.

Try restarting the iPad as shown in the link I provided in a previous response.
If it still boots up at the support screen, then you need to connect it to a computer, Mac or PC.

What exactly do you see on it?

“Safe mode” has absolutely nothing to do with iPad. It applies to your Mac!

Do not use safe mode to reset your iPad.
support.apple.com/ipad/restore and the insignia that asks me to plug it into my computer. I have literally tried everything that is available on the apple sight to fix this.
