Can’t access iPad due to Activation Lock
Please help to reset this ipad as its been 7years it with me without opening it because i forgot the password and the user name of it

Removing the Activation Lock will require the original purchase receipt from Apple or Authorized Apple Seller and submit the documents here:

Other than that, you would need to gain access to your account by first figuring out what Apple ID you used. That would be something only you would know.
