How do I buy and ship battery to me, so I can take to more accessible and convienent repair shop for replacing?

It doesn't work that way.
Take it to an Apple store or authorized service center and have then replace the battery with a genuine Apple battery.

As it has been made clear, you cannot ship a replacement iPhone battery to you. There are strict regulations for shipping lithium-ion batteries due to safety concerns as they are hazardous, they could overheat, catch fire, even explode in transit etc.
Your iPhone 8’s status is Mixed meaning Authorized Service Providers may or may not offer repairs due to parts availability in a certain region. Try going to another Authorized Service Provider and see if they offer the battery replacement you want.

See if you can find an authorized Apple service shop in your area that might be able to help. Often the smaller shops are a lot more willing to order parts or call around to see another small shop might have the correct part.
thanx. I was hoping it had changed for older models. Went to my Best Buy on Apple Appt. They didn't have Battery and could not order. No phone not an option for getting replacement.
