How do I transfer unsaved photos from old iPhone to new iPhone?

What do you mean by unsaved photos? When you setup your new iPhone, all your data will be transferred and that will include your photos. The easiest way to transfer your data is with QuickStart, but you can also use an iCloud Backup to do so, and make sure you have your photos synced to the cloud if you do so. Both will safely transfer your photos.
