How do I check when an Apple Gift Card was redeemed?

You most likely will not get any information about when a card was redeemed or who redeemed it, but this support article does have a section to contact Apple.
If you purchased a Gift Card at a retailer that displays them on a rack, you were likely scammed right in that store and the retailer failed to protect your purchase. They know about the common gift card scams that occur in their stores, but some don't care about their customers, even though they will lock up products that can be stolen from them. Always purchase Gift Cards when they are sold securely behind a counter or purchase them online from Apple.
