I recently purchased a used imac 2024. When I plug it the device powers up. However it will not allow me to connect to mouse or keyboard.
I have replaced the batteries, swapped out the logi keyboard and mouse for a ProtoARC. Still no bluetooth connection.

If you cannot answer with confidence or the answer is “no” then return it ASAP to get your money back. If you do not or ignore the Mac will ALWAYS be associated with old owner and never operate correctly and possibly be nothing more than a door stop.Don’t laugh we get your types of posts daily and the answer is always the same!!!!
