Latest Photos won't let me drag and drop

I have Photos 10.0 in Sequoia 15.3.1 on a Mac Studio.

I Iike to arrange the photos in what's now called "People and Pets". When new photos are imported, Photos will eventually recognize the faces and then place the newly imported ones with names at the bottom of the People and Pets window.

I have over 250 individuals in People and Pets.

I used to be able to be to drag and drop newly imported photos with named people into the places I wanted them to be. When I needed to move a person from the bottom up past the top of the displayed window, the window would scroll until I stopped dragging at the place I wanted it. It won't let me do that any more.

Does anyone else have that problem?

If you know of a fix, or something I might be doing wrong. Would you let me know please.

You can certainly move people albums around to whatever order you like. (However, I keep mine automatically alphabetized, with favorites on top-- that's just a click.) But moving albums beyond screen limits is a bit of a trick. Using a trackpad, it's a game like Twister: I click on the album, move it a tad to get started, and then, holding the "click" with my thumb, I scroll the screen using two fingers. So that's using a thumb (for click) and two fingers (to scroll the screen) all at the same time. You get used to it.
