I have a iPhone 16 Pro Max and an Apple Watch Ultra 2 and the Precision Finding has never worked. I always expect it to just start working after an update, but I am on iOS 18.3.1 and WatchOS 11.3.1 respectively, and it still does not work. Even with reboots. It’s a pretty useful function and feature that should just work and it’s extremely annoying that it doesn’t.

I have the same issue. 16 pro max Apple Watch Ultra 2. Worked on iPhone 15 and Apple Watch 9 previously. After messing about for a while I managed to get the phone to find my AirPods Pro 2 properly but still with Apple Watch Ultra 2 finding the iPhone it will load up and sound the iPhone but just says constantly it can’t connect or no signal. Hope this issue gets sorted soon. At least I know I don’t have faulty items and it’s just a software fault. Would have been so mad if I done an exchange and it persisted.
