There is a free utility frequently utilized on these forums called EtreCheck. If you install this program and grant it Full Disk Access then run the scan. It will generate a report that does not contain any personal information. Just hardware / software inventory and system details we can read through, decipher and then make recommendations on how to resolve your problem(s).
Since the report is lengthy, you'll need to click the Additional Text icon in reply to his message and then you can paste the contents of the EtreCheck report as the additional text attachment to this forum discussion.
Then we will read the report and offer further advice. The EtreCheck report should provide insight into your problem.
