when i having a phone cl already screen is locked , sound is not getting lower when i get the phone but when the screen is on (un lock the phone )call sound is getting lower . I phone 16. Please help me i think there is a sensing issue. Help me.

Ok but if face ID Sees you it does, you don't have to be looking at it.
Turn off Face Aware
Turn Attention Aware features on or off on your iPhone or iPad Pro – Apple Support
It is designed that way. The assumption is that if it is in your hand and you are looking at it, you don't need the ring so loud.
