What are the 'Apply' and 'Revert' buttons for in iPhone backup on Windows 10?

I backed up my iPhone to my desktop, running windows 10. On the right of the screen was apply and revert buttons. What are those for?

Hello NitinDoshi,

If you make any modifications to the settings in iTunes (or Apple Devices, whichever application you use), you will be presented with those 2 buttons. "Apply" will validate and record the changes; "Revert" will undo the changes.
