How can I fix incorrect GMT time on Apple Watch Ultra running watchOS 11.3?

I have an apple ultra 2 running iOS 11.3.

The GMT time is incorrect by +3 hours. For example showing 5 when it should be showing 2.

I have reset the watch, restarted it, and tried changing watches faces back and forth to try to correct, to no avail.

What is recommended?

Did you make sure, that in My Watch/General/Language and Region are set correctly?

Is your watch connected to Wi-Fi and/or Bluetooth to your iPhone?

Did you already try to force restart your iPhone and Apple Watch?

Force restart iPhone - Apple Support

To force restart your watch, press and hold the Digital Crown and the Side button together for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again.

Also make sure that on your iPhone in Settings/Privacy & Security/Location Services are enabled for Clock -> While Using the App.

Same for Apple Watch Faces -> Precise Location ->ON

Info, this is Apple face is a joke. I’ve tried all your suggestions and cannot get this GMT/UTC to work correctly. Attached are a few samples of the watch face over the past couple days where I’ve been in the same location (UTC-4). The actual time is correct, but you’ll see the UTC time is not tracking correctly (despite having precise location selected)

does anyone else have this issue and ideas how to fix?
