iPhone flash disabled despite full battery

hello, i can use my flash (not camera) w the control center yet i cant use my flash on CAMERA even tho my battery is FULLLL. it says “IPHONE BATTERY IS LOW AND NEEDS TO BE CHARGED BEFORE YOU CAN USE THE FLASH” and also the caution logo appear. pls somebody help me… i’ve done following the steps that iphones team has given but it still nothing 😭

I suspect the other Apple service provider used an off brand ( non-Apple) battery and it’s defective. We can look at more battery history on your iPhone, but you should still review the situation with the service provider to preserve warranty rights you may have.

First, try a forced restart. If that doesn't work take it in to the Apple store to have it looked at.


• Press and quickly release the volume up button

• Press and quickly release the volume down button

• Press and hold the side button.

• When the Apple logo appears, release the button.
