I already check the spotlight configurations and try selecting only to show apps, but it's not working at all.
It show me results in other categories (files, documents, contacts, etc), also works as calculator, just don't works as app launcher. Any fix for this?

After updating try this if updating didn't help. I had this same problem and this fixed it.
Erasing Spotlight's Index Database
cd /System/Volumes/Data
rm -R .Spotlight-V100
Reboot back to your default account. It may take a period of time for the full search to work properly as the system will rebuild the index.

Another solution that worked for me and didn't require a restart was to run these commands to turn indexing off then back on:
sudo mdutil -a -i off
sudo mdutil -a -i on
