I couldn’t update my payment. I’m in UK now but I couldn’t update my country in my iPhone. I have a pending payment but it says that I need to update my payment method but I couldn’t m. What will I do?

You have a pending payment that needs to be paid first. You will need to add a valid payment method to pay that before you can change regions. If you had a payment method previously and it was unable to process the charge that shows pending, it is no longer considered a valid payment method and you will need to add a different one.
