copy filre from Macbook to External hard disk

hi. i have external hard disk (NVme samsung using usb host) i cant copy files from my mac to it i read many comment is i have to change the format file system for the external hard but i cant do it .

if ther is any another way to that

Out of the box, macOS can read NTFS volumes, but cannot write to them.

If that drive is formatted using NTFS, your options are to

Reformat it using another filesystem, or
Install third-party NTFS driver software (e.g. Paragon Software – Microsoft NTFS for Mac)
