You cannot download an app or the App Store from Safari. Your App Store is either:

  • Restricted on your device at Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchases > Installing Apps.
  • Restricted by MDM software due to being managed by a school or employer.
  • Restricted by the Organizer if you belong to a Family Plan
  • Removed from your Home Screen and can be found in your App Library by swiping all the way to the left.

  1. This is a user to user forum. You are not addressing Apple Support here, we cannot fix your Phone.
  2. The App Store app cannot be deleted or otherwise removed from an iPhone. It can restricted through Screen time or moved to the App Library. To get it back, either enable "Installing Apps" in Settings ➜ Screen Time ➜ Content & Privacy Restrictions ➜ iTunes & App Store Purchases ➜ Installing Apps and make sure it is set to allow, or look for it in the App Library and drag it back to a Home Screen. click here ➜ Organize the Home Screen and App Library on your iPhone - Apple Support
