Why can't i get amazon music on my macbook
Why is amazon music not on the app store anymore please sort it out as i now can't listen to anything when working

There once was an Amazon Music application for the Mac. I subscribed to Amazon Music for a while, and had that application on my Mac (although I think I downloaded it directly from Amazon, not from the App Store).
A thread on Amazon's "digital and device forum", dated February 17, 2025, directs people to use the Web app and indicates that "The standalone music app has been discontinued."
