How to disable voicemail on iPhone for a hearing impaired user?

So I’m not allowed to say I am profoundly deaf and unable make use of voicemail? That’s personal or not? Scammers are crowding into my voicemail which I dump regularly as I just cannot hear their messages.

so I need guidelines to remove voicemail for my iPhone please.
