Apps strung out over three pages after update

I have tried moving them from the app library back to the homepage where they were before the iOS 18.1 update.

The Apps at the bottom Ive just downloaded IOS 16 and now the 4 apps i had at the bottom of my screen are now vertical and i cannot click on them. Plus the only way to go into the app is to remove it from the bottom and add it to the Home Screen
