My MacBook Pro programs keep crashing after reset

Since I reset my MacBook Pro, purchased in March 2023, 2 months ago, some programs keep crashing, even purchased ones. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Reset why exactly...and how did you reset?

To trouble shoot further you can:

unplug all non-essential peripherals when testing

Uninstall all third party apps that are Cleaners/Optimizers/VPN/Anti-Virus

all known to cause issues on the macOS

—A SafeBoot Start up your Mac in safe mode - Apple Support will sort many anomalies

Does a quick disk repair before it fully boots up, and certain system caches get cleared and rebuilt, third party system modifications and system accelerations are disabled temporarily.

Login and test. Reboot as normal and test. Caches get rebuilt automatically.

This test will tell you if third party interference; most extensions etc are not loaded in safe boot mode.

—Test issue in another user (or guest user) account Change Users & Groups settings on Mac - Apple Support

This will tell you if it a universal issue or isolated to your user/admin account.

***wireless keyboard with rechargeable batteries— connect the charging cable, this will make the wired keyboard successful Safe Boot your Mac.

Hi Leroy, thanks for your support.

The reset was done directly by APPLE support, because for a few days the battery was getting very hot during use. I reinstalled all the software and APPs, but some APPs, purchased regularly from the Apple Store, started to stop and generate errors. For example Paint X, which was fine on the previous Mac and on this one, now continues to stop. I also purchased the Premium version but the result was the same.

I will try to follow the advice you gave me and I will let you know :-)

Thanks again and have a good day
