Previously Purchased ITunes movies will not play since Ventura Install.

I have several movies, which I had purchased in good faith from iTunes, that will not play in the new apple app since I installed Ventura on my iMac. I get a pop-up window that says my computer is not authorized to play those particular movies on my computer. So after I go through an authorization process, I get another pop-up note that says my computer is already authorized to play the movie--five computers, in fact--but I only have one. But it will still not play and still no thumbnail is visible--just a blank along with the title and info. So what happens now? I paid for movies that I cannot view.
