How do I recover a lost Strava account after switching email addresses on iPhone?

I bought new iphone. In the process of switching email addresses the old Strava has disappeared. If I try to log into Strava I have to start again and all my activities have been lost. Help please

Retrieving a deleted hidden email address I’m on my iPhone 16 running IOS 26. I was trying to login to my ChatGPT account from my PC. However, there was no option to login with Apple. So I tried to login with my email address and that didn’t work. So ChatGpt created a new free account associated with my email address and a new password. Because Unfortunately,when I setup my paid ChatGpt on my iPhone I associated the account with my Apple lID and chose to hide my email address. I accidentally deleted the hidden email address and now I can’t login to my ChatGpt paid account. Is there anyway to retrieve the hidden email address that was associated previously with my Apple ID so that I can login to my paid ChatGpt account?

Strava is not an Apple service, so instead contact their support.
