USB Accessories Disabled Warning

I've been using the same setup for over a year and just now started receiving this warning message. While it doesn't seem to be affecting any devices, it is very odd that it just started appearing in the latest OS update. Previous threads I found on this issue seem to have gone unanswered. One mentioned checking Utilities>>System Information>>USB and I did find that a few of the devices in the tree show a high available/required ratio. See screenshot.

More of a nuisance than anything else at this point. My system details are below.



Any advice would be most welcome as this popup is driving me crazy.
