I've silenced calls that are from numbers not in my address book. I can't recall how I did that and now need to turn that feature off while a nation car rental company is planning to call me back from a number not in my address book. Help?

Turn off the option for “Silence Unknown Callers”.

I suspect this is a Verizon feature and not an iOS feature.
