Ear speaker on iPhone 14 Pro not working after an update

After iOS 18.3 update my iPhone 14 Pro’s ear speaker stopped working. I can’t hear the dialling sound or the person I’m talking with.

Is this a software bug or a hardware issue?

The thing is, when I use a loud speaker or headphones I can hear everything perfectly.
