my son has been putting my charger in his mouth then i later charge my phone causing it to now have water and battery damage. when on the phone others can’t hear me. i have the iphone 13 pro and i want to know the price for the repair

iPhones with water damage are not repaired. They are replaced.
iPhone Repair and Service - Apple Support shows $549 for an "other" repair. That is probably the cost of an out of warranty replacement.
Take it to an Apple Store first. They can determine what is necessary. From your description, you may just have a fouled lightning port.

Water damage is not repairable at all. The phone will have to be replaced.
